Robin A. Meguire         

Biography: 


      Originally from Great Falls, Robin Meguire is a 2004 honors graduate of the University of Montana School of Law.  She is admitted to practice in all Montana state and federal courts.  While attending law school in Missoula, Robin was employed as a law clerk at the Williams Law Firm.  She also served as a legal intern at the National Wildlife Federation.  Upon graduation, she accepted a one-year judicial clerkship with the Montana Supreme Court in Helena.  During her tenure as a roving law clerk, Robin had the honor of working for The Honorable Justices Jim Regnier, Patricia Cotter, John Warner, and Brian Morris. 

      In 2005, Robin began working as an associate attorney at the Helena law firm Meloy Trieweiler, where she had the opportunity to learn from two of the most highly regarded and skilled trial lawyers in the state.  Under the mentoring of Mike Meloy, she represented many individuals in civil rights, environmental, personal injury, defective product, medical negligence, and employment related matters.  Her practice often focused on issues of constitutional law.  

      In 2007, Robin returned home to Great Falls and launched this virtual law and consulting firm, the first of its kind in the state.  Her statewide presence, skill and expertise keep her services in high demand.  To date, Robin has assisted over 50 attorneys and law firms in Montana and other jurisdictions.  She also maintains her own appellate practice and has drafted over 100 appellate briefs.  Robin is also active in the access-to-justice cause, having served as President of the Board of Directors of the Montana Justice Foundation and as a Commissioner for the Montana Supreme Court's Access to Justice Commission.  In addition, she often represents clients on a pro bono basis.  To inquire about retaining her services, email Robin at robin@meguirelaw.com or contact her by telephone at (406)442-8317.
